Black Touch Windows 7 Theme

It’s a black Windows 7 theme named as Black touch. Designer MrGRiM01 created the wonderful Windows 7 theme, which features minor changes and very black. If you like dark theme, Black touch is a good choice.

How do you install this? I tried to run the theme file and it didn’t work.
